Building Bridges Between Technology, Industry and Opportunity

Industrial growth has never been driven by products alone. The most successful companies understand how to connect technology with markets, engineering with commercial strategy, and industrial capability with long-term business opportunity. That belief has shaped my professional journey for more than two decades. Throughout my career, I have worked across industrial business development, strategic sales, market expansion, commercial leadership, and executive management within B2B and B2G environments. My work has focused on helping industrial organisations transform technical capability into sustainable commercial success. During this journey, I have collaborated with international technology companies, industrial manufacturers, engineering organisations, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders operating across some of Iran’s most strategic industries. These experiences have reinforced one fundamental observation:

Most industrial companies do not struggle because they lack technology. They struggle because they lack a structured commercial architecture capable of transforming technology into sustainable market growth.

This realization ultimately led to the creation of B2B2G.IR.

Why B2B2G.IR Was Founded

Over the years, I repeatedly encountered technically capable organisations that were unable to achieve the commercial results they deserved. Some had outstanding engineering teams. Others represented world-class technologies. Many had competitive products and experienced management. Yet they continued to face similar challenges:

  • Limited access to major industrial projects
  • Weak market visibility
  • Fragmented business development efforts
  • Dependence on personal relationships
  • Ineffective market positioning
  • Difficulty building strategic partnerships
  • Lack of scalable commercial systems

The problem was rarely technical. The problem was strategic. B2B2G.IR was established to address that gap. Its purpose is to help organizations build structured business development capabilities that create sustainable growth rather than isolated commercial success.

Professional Philosophy

I believe business development is not a sales function. It is a strategic management discipline. Successful organisations build systems that continuously create opportunities rather than waiting for opportunities to appear. That philosophy guides every engagement. Rather than focusing solely on transactions, proposals, or tenders, I work with organisations to strengthen the commercial foundations that support long-term growth. These foundations include:

  • Business Development Strategy
  • Market Intelligence
  • Go-to-Market Planning
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Commercial Representation
  • Executive Advisory
  • Sales Transformation
  • Vendor Qualification
  • Industrial Market Expansion

Together, these capabilities create sustainable competitive advantage.

Areas of Expertise

My work focuses primarily on industrial sectors where engineering excellence, complex procurement, and long investment cycles define commercial success. These include:

  • Oil & Gas
  • Petrochemicals
  • Mining & Metals
  • Power & Utilities
  • Renewable Energy
  • Water & Wastewater
  • Industrial Manufacturing
  • EPC & Infrastructure
  • Transportation & Logistics
  • Advanced Industrial Technologies

Across these sectors, my role is to help organizations connect technical capability with commercial opportunity.

How I Work

Every organisation is different. There are no universal solutions. For that reason, I begin every engagement by understanding the client’s business model, commercial objectives, competitive environment, and organisational capabilities before recommending any course of action. My approach combines analytical thinking with practical execution. I believe strategy has little value unless it can be implemented. Likewise, execution becomes inefficient without strategic direction. The objective is always the same: To help organizations build commercial systems that continue creating value long after individual projects have ended.

Looking Forward

Industrial markets are evolving rapidly.

Digital transformation, energy transition, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and global supply chain shifts are reshaping the competitive landscape.

Organizations that combine technological capability with disciplined business development will be best positioned to succeed.

Through B2B2G.IR, my commitment is to help industrial companies, technology providers, engineering organizations, and investors navigate that transformation by building stronger market positions, more valuable partnerships, and sustainable commercial growth.

A Personal Commitment

I do not measure success by the number of consulting engagements completed. I measure success by the long-term commercial capabilities that organisations build as a result of our collaboration. Because lasting competitive advantage is created when strategy, execution, and partnership work together, not when they operate in isolation.
